A to point B. you are traveling aren’t you? you can travel on foot, by train, by plane, or car no matter which means you are using to travel you are still traveling.
any law that prevents us from traveling for any reason, is unconstitutional therefore null and void or not valid. if you claim you are driving your car and not using it to travel, you are basically giving up your right to travel by car if you break a “driving” law, such as not having insurance or a liscense or plate or sticker etc.
